Just a few weeks ago, an Android smartphone under the Nothing sub-brand was spotted on the BIS certification site. At that time, there was little information about this device. However, things may have changed thanks to a new leak. According to
91mobiles sources, CMF by Nothing's next phone will be called his CMF Phone 1. The device will reportedly feature a plastic body and will be available in three color options including black, white, and orange.
The display will be 6.5 inches and should have some sort of Gorilla Glass protection. There will be a single camera on the back, but nothing is known about the lens. The device is likely to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 5G chip. The SoC is said to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W charging.
Additionally, the device will run Nothing OS, but it won't have all the features available on Nothing's other phones. CMF may announce three years of operating system upgrades and four years of security updates, officials said.
Details are mostly vague, but it appears to be an affordable entry-level phone, one step below the Nothing Phone 2a. Further evidence of this is that the price in India is said to be around 12,000 rupees (about $144). For comparison, the Nothing Phone 2a costs $349.
